基于移动互联网技术的配网工程验收管理应用研究

移动互联网技术在改进和完善配电网工程验收管理方面的应用研究，是电力系统配网自动化方向的一个主要的应用拓展方向，受到业内人士的普遍关注。本文以配电工程现场作业流程为依据，旨在应用移动互联网技术研究开发一套适用于工程现场作业环境的配网电力工程验收评价与系统量化综合管理平台，以规范工程验收管理流程，实现验收流程无纸化，量化验收指标项，减少验收人员专业素质差异，提高工程验收效率和验收质量。

Application Research of distribution network project acceptance management based on mobile Internet technology

Mobile Internet technology in improving and perfecting the distribution network project acceptance management of applied research is a major application direction of the electric power distribution network automation system development direction, attracted widespread attention of the personage inside course of study.This paper to distribution engineering field work process according to mobile applications in the research of the technology of Internet developed a set of application in engineering field operation environment of the power distribution network engineering approval evaluation and quantization system integrated management platform,to standardize the management of engineering acceptance process to achieve acceptance paperless process flow,quantitative acceptance indexes,reduce inspection personnel professional quality difference, improve the acceptance of work efficiency and quality inspection.
