摘    要:现在加热炉仪表控制系统中,由于两台鼓风机与一座加热炉配备使用,遇到需启动备用鼓风机的情况时,导致停炉现象;在加热炉仪表控制系统的运行时,无法实时监控并保证其稳定.研究发现PI调节器安装到两台加入炉的高鼓风机入口后,其互相干扰的现象不再发生了,炉底的水位也能实时监控了,基于PLC对加热炉仪表控制系统的优化,实现了系统的稳定运行.

Abstract:Now In the heating furnace instrument control system, since the two blowers are used together with a heating furnace, it is necessary to start the standby blower, which causes the phenomenon of shutdown. When the furnace control system is running, it can not be monitored in real time. To ensure its stability. It was found that the PI regulator was installed in the two high-fan inlet of the furnace, and the interference of the PI regulator did not occur again. The water level of the bottom of the furnace was also monitored in real time. Based on PLC, the optimization of the furnace control system was realized. Stable operation of the system.
