摘    要:介绍了ATS技术在微波网络调试工作中的实际应用,给出了硬件组成及软件实现方式。复杂形式的微波网络需要通过大量的调试工作才能使各项指标满足使用要求。调试人员需要反复的更换端口进行指标调试和测试。文中将一种ATS技术引入微波网络调试系统中,基于GPIB总线、端口扩展中枢、控制软件,实现微波网络调试工作中测试自动化和辅助调试。引入ATS技术后的调试系统的精度可以达到:幅度误差臆0. 05 dB,相位误差≤1度,调试效率提高约40% 。

Abstract:This paper introduces the actual application of ATS technology in the microwave network debugging, gives the hardware composition and software implementation. The microwave network complex form required by a large number of debugging work to make the indicators meet the requirements. The debugging personnel need to index the debugging and testing repeatedly replacing port. A kind of ATS technology is introduced to the microwave network debugging system. Based on GPIB bus, signal transmission center and the corresponding control software to realize the purpose of automation testing and auxiliary debugging. Introduced the system debugging of ATS technology of accuracy can be achieved: amplitude error is less than or equal to 0. 05 dB, the phase error is less than 1 degrees, the debugging efficiency is increased by 40% .
