雷达装备两级维修保障过程建模与仿真

摘    要:雷达装备维修保障过程的动态性决定了运用仿真技术对其建模分析的适用性。文中在分析雷达装备两级维修保障过程的基础上,利用离散事件仿真软件Arena建立了雷达装备两级维修保障过程仿真模型,并仿真分析了组件平均故障间隔时间、维修周转时间、库存数量等因素对雷达装备使用可用度的影响,结果表明通过缩短维修周转时间可较大幅度提高雷达装备的使用可用度。研究成果对于优化雷达装备两级保障系统具有指导意义。

Abstract:Simulation technique is applicable in modeling and analyzing of the radar maintenance support process because of the dynamics of process. A simulation model of two-echelon maintenance support process is presented by Arena softuare in this paper. Effects of mean time between failures, maintenance turnaround time and inventory number of subassembly on the operational availability are analyzed. Numerical simulation results indicate that the operational availability of radar can be obviously improved by reducing the maintenance turnaround time. The results in this paper can be used to optimize the two-echelon support system of radar.
