Theory and practice of components for space application validation project management

The connotations of components for space application validation project were researched,the attributes of the project were analyzed.The system framework and the organization structure and work pattern of the application validation project management theory were proposed.Moreover,it discussed the features of the project management method from several aspects including life-cycle management,all-elements management,and project stakeholder management,introduced the preliminary practice experience of the project management at the present stage,and finally proposed the suggestions to the follow-up work.
