摘    要:以Al2(SO4)3·18H2O为原料,采用NaCl-KCl熔盐法合成了α-Al2O3粉体。研究了焙烧温度、熔盐含量、焙烧时间和添加晶种含量等对产物晶型和形貌的影响。结果表明:当熔盐与原料的摩尔比为3,在1000℃下焙烧3h,或添加质量分数5%的α-Al2O3晶种在900℃下焙烧3h,均可合成晶化程度高,团聚少,粒径分布均匀的α-Al2O3超细粉末。说明添加α-Al2O3晶种可明显促进Al2O3相变。

Abstract:α-Al2O3 powder was synthesized by molten salt method, using Al2(SO4)3·18H2O as raw material in molten salt fluxes of NaCl-KCl. The effects of calcination temperature, content of molten salt, calcination time and adding seeds on the crystal structure and morphology of product were investigated by means of XRD and SEM. The results show that when the mole ratio of molten salt to raw material is 3, only α-Al2O3 is synthesized at 1 000 ℃ for 3 h, or 900 ℃ for 3 h after 5% (mass fraction) α-Al2O3 seeds are added, α-Al2O3 powder which has high crystallization degree and well particle size distribution can be obtained. It concludes that α-Al2O3 seeds may obviously promote the phase transition of Al2O3.
