摘    要:Sb2O3掺入量(均为质量分数)<1.9%时,晶体结构为纯钙钛矿相,平均晶粒尺寸随掺入量增大由17μm减小至2μm,压电活性逐渐增强;Sb2O3掺入量>1.9%时,为钙钛矿与焦绿石两相复合结构,随Sb2O3掺入量增加,平均晶粒尺寸保持稳定,压电活性减弱;Sb2O3掺入量为1.9%~2.0%处,压电活性最强。主要性能指标:εr为1925,tgδ为2.35×10–2,d33为440pC/N,kp为64%,Qm为70,tC为300℃。

Abstract:For w(Sb2O3) <1.9%, the crystal structure is found to be a pure perovskite, the average grain size decreases from 17 μm to 2 μm and the piezoelectric activity increases gradually with the increase of Sb2O3 addition. For w(Sb2O3) >1.9%, the crystal structure is a diphasic mixture of the perovskite and pyrochlore, the average grain size keeps unchangeable and the piezoelectric activity decreases with further addition of Sb2O3. The excellent piezoelectric properties are achieved in the ceramics with w(Sb2O3) =1.9%~2.0%: εr=1 925; tgδ = 2.35%; d33 = 440 pC/N; kp = 64%; Qm = 70; tC = 300℃.
