| 摘 要： | 在制备高温ＰＴＣ陶瓷时，以加入ＰｂＴｉＯ３的形式引进Ｐｂ成分达到提高ＴＣ的目的取得了很好的效果，移动效率最高达６．５℃／１０－２（ｍｏｌ）。分析了加入Ｐｂ－ＴｉＯ３与加入ＰｂＯ或Ｐｂ３Ｏ４效果不同的原因

| Abstract: | In preparation of high temperature PTC ceramics,one of the effective methods to increase PTC is introduction of Pb component by adding to BaTiO 3 PbTiO 3 other than PbO or Pb 3O 4.The maximum shifting efficiency reaches 6.5℃/10 -2 mol. The reason for the different effects between addition of PbTiO 3, PbO and Pb 3O 4 is explained. |
