摘    要:对低刚度细长杆类零件采用板状电极进行了电火花磨削加工 (EDG)工艺试验研究。结果表明 ,EDG比WEDG具有更高的生产率 ,更好的几何精度和表面粗糙度。

Abstract:Experimental research is done on Electrical Discharge Gringing(EDG) with sheet-electrode for the kind of slender rod with low rigidity in this paper.The results show that EDG is more propitious to improve the productivity,geometry precision and also the surface roughness than WEDG.
