面向业务的数据承载网与传送网端到端协同规划方法研究

本文通过分析数据承载网和传送网的相关联性，结合数据承载网的发展演进策略思路、传送网的组网特点，同时分析二者需求等特点，按照一张大传输网的思路，从提高承载效率，提供较完善的维护管理机制，为用户或业务提供高品质的服务出发，分物理资源和逻辑资源两大类资源，建立一种用于数据承载网和传送网协同建网的评估方法，如节点设置、链路设置、链路时延、网络保护等，实现数据专业与传输专业的联动规划、联合设计。

Research on Collaborative Planning

This research report covered analysis of correlation between Data Carrying Network and Transmission Network, considered the development and evolution strategy of Data Carrying Network and the networking characteristics of Transmission Network, consolidated the concept of Single Carrying Network Countrywide.It focused on improving the efficiency, providing better maintenance and management mechanism, providing high-quality services for users or services. Suggested to identify the physical resources and logical resources in order to set up a brand-new evaluation method what could provide better support to collaborative construction of Data Carrying Network and Transmission Network which contained node setting, link configuration, link delay, network protection, etc. This method would help Data Planning Team and Transmission Planning Team to achieve a better coordinated planning with synergy and alliance.
