基于广义热点投诉基站的投诉量压减方法

摘    要:目前针对广义投诉分析无法有效与的网元比如基站联合,常常会发生网络总体指标较好而投诉却不见好转的情况。如何将用户投诉与基站相关联,从而将投诉基站和网络运维有效的结合并进行投诉量压降就显得很重要。该成果主要的算法、方法和模型有:基于用户居住地和工作地驻留小区的识别方法、热点投诉基站的判定标准的制定、智能化方案输出工具的开发以及“红橙黄蓝”机制的设计。通过本成果极大的提高了投诉处理效率和效果,提高投诉处理准确度,减少处理投诉人员的处理成本,取得良好的经济效益。

Abstract:At present, for the network elements that cannot be effectively combined with the generalized complaint analysis, such as the base station, it often occurs that the overall network indicators are better, but the complaints are not improved. How to associate user complaints with base stations, so as to effectively combine complaint base stations and network operation and maintenance, and reduce the amount of complaints is very important. The main algorithms, methods and models of this achievement are: the identification method based on the user"s residence and work place, the establishment of the judgment standard of hot spot complaint base station, the development of intelligent scheme output tool and the design of "red orange yellow blue" mechanism. The results greatly improve the efficiency and effect of complaint handling, improve the accuracy of complaint handling, reduce the cost of handling complaints, and achieve good economic benefits.
