关于GNSS定时单元及相关设备性能现场检测方法的研究

摘    要:针对时间频率性能检测技术规范,本文介绍了目前常用的GNSS定时单元及相关设备性能现场检测方式,重点分析了常用检测方式下,测试结果置信度较低的6个问题.对于主要问题提供了测试验证实例,并采用广域精确授时技术作为测试参考源,实现了较为有效的性能检测.在此基础上,提出尽快改进目前的测试方式、制定有关在运用现场检测GNSS定时单元及有关设备的技术标准、采用WPT技术有效提高测试参考精度和改进GNSS共视技术等建议.

Abstract:according to the technical specifications of time and frequency technology performance testing, this paper introduces the commonly used GNSS timing unit and related equipment performance field test methods, and focuses on the analysis of several problems with low confidence of test results under common detection methods: the accuracy of detection benchmark is difficult to meet the requirements of relevant specifications, and the detection results are not true due to the similarity property of GNSS signal neighborhood reception Some errors may be missed in the power divider allocation comparison method, more than 18% of the detection time period blind zone exists in the standard GPS common view comparison method, the additional error caused by GNSS controlling rubidium frequency standard, and the problem of using cesium clock as test reference. For the main problems, a test verification example is provided, and WPT technology is used as the test reference source to achieve more effective performance detection. On this basis, some suggestions are put forward, such as improving the current test mode as soon as possible, formulating the technical standards for the on-site detection of GNSS timing units and related equipment, adopting WPT technology to effectively improve the reference accuracy of the test and improving the GNSS common view technology.
