激光堆焊接头组织和性能研究

摘    要:利用激光堆焊方法可以在基体表面获得一层高厚度、高性能的合金堆焊层。通过在45^#钢上进行激光堆焊工艺试验.就激光自动送丝堆焊的基本工艺过程进行研究,比较不同堆焊条件下的组织性能,探索激光堆焊的特性。与氩弧堆焊相比.激光堆焊过渡区狭小,激光堆焊层显微组织随比能量Es增加而逐渐变粗大;堆焊层组织明显细化,硬度提高70%;与高速钢相比.激光堆焊层体现出良好的抗磨性能,比高速钢的耐磨性高42.6%。

Abstract:Utilizing laser beam welding can obtain one-story thickness, high-performance alloy layer on the base body surface. The laser build-up welding on the 45# steel by giving silk automatically have been studied. The weld organization and performance in different welding course are compared. The characteristic of laser build-up welding are explored. Compared with argon arc-welding, the laser build-up weld region is narrow , the weld organization gradually getting thicker with Es , the hardness improves by 70%. Compared with high-speed steel, the wearing resistance of laser weld layer improves by 42.6%.
