| 摘 要： | 光动力学疗法治疗癌症是利用光和光敏药物的相互作用产生一种单态氧的物质，从而杀死恶性肿瘤组织。我们研制的金蒸气激光器是集激光头、光绗传输系统、电源和控制部份于一体，输出波长６２７．８ｎｍ，平均功率２．８Ｗ的红色激光，光功率稳定度和光电传换效率各为５％和０．１２％。近两年来，共对１１８例各类癌症患者进行治疗，总有效率达８５％，穿透深度为１．７ｃｍ。

| Abstract: | Photodynamic therapy uses the interaction between the light and light sensitive drug to produce singlet oxygen to kill the cancer cells.A gold vapor laset(GVL)emitting at 627. 8nm wavelength with an output power of 2. 8 Watt was manufactured.It incltldes laser head,optical fibre transmission system,power supply and control unit.The light output is stable.The photoelectric conversion efficiency are 5 and 0.12 percent,respectively.118 patients with various types of malignent tumors had been treated by photodynamic therapy with the machine in the past two years.The total effective ratio of the therapy was 85 percent and the depth of the cure area reached 1.7cm. |
