| Abstract: | Towards the opening of world telecom market, this paper explores the reforming of our telecom industry. Firstly it puts forward that telecom network should be monopolized comparatively, telecom services market should be opened and competed. Secondly it brings forward dismembering the present China Telecom's administration system and building stock companies regionally, then founding joint stock syndication. Thirdly it appeals to establish the national telecom group army with other companies. |
