The Application of Project Management in Information System

The information system is a comprehensive systems engineering which is massive, highly integrated and interrelated, and this paper introduces the method and technology of project management. With the theories and practices of project management, it analyzes the comprehensive knowledge and life cycle of the project management; discusses the project programming, progress manage- ment, cost management, earned value, risk management et al during the management process, which will benefit the system in the as- pects of programmed progress, well-controlled cost and user＇s approval and satisfaction so as to realize the scientific and standardized management.
