| 摘 要： | LD/PD的模块化及其与光纤的对准(耦合)是使它们成为光通信产品的关键工艺,同时也是LD/PD研究与开发的重要课题.从LD与光纤端面耦合的基本概念出发,系统地介绍了用于LD/PD模块化的自动对准YAG激光焊接系统的工作原理和使用方法.

| Abstract: | Fabrication of LD/PD modules and alignment(coupling)of LD/PD with the fiber are the key processes for making them to be the products used in optical communications. And it is also an important R&D subject of LD/PD. Based on the basic concept of the coupling of LD with the fiber, the principle of operation and operation method of YAG laser welding automatic alignment system for LD/PD modules are given. |
