摘    要:基于光的折射和透射原理,提出了一种测量浮法玻璃厚度的双光路透射法。该方法采用两个对称放置的线结构激光同时照射浮法玻璃,两束透射光经玻璃另一侧对称放置的双反射镜反射后再经透镜成像在图像传感器CCD的光敏单元上,利用Matlab对采集卡获取的线光带图像进行去噪处理,采用自适应边界阈值定位及灰度重心算法提取线光带图像中心像素,进而计算中心像素差,通过分析给出玻璃厚度与中心像素差变化量的关系式。通过对不同厚度的玻璃进行实验测量,结果表明双光路透射法测量精度高,能够满足玻璃厚度测量国家标准。

Abstract:Dual optical path transmission method was proposed for the thickness measurement of float glass according to the optical reflection and transmission principles. In this method, two symmetrical line lasers were adopted to irradiate the float glass at the same time, and the two transmitted beams were imaged on the photosensitive unit of the CCD image sensor after reflected by the two reflectors symmetrically located on the other side of the glass. Then Matlab was used to make de-noising processing on the light band image collected by the acquisition card. In order to extract the center pixel of the light band image, the algorithm of gray gravity was adopted after threshold boundary treatment, and the difference between the thickness of the glass and the center pixel is given by analyzing the quantity relationship formula. According to the experiments performed on the glass with different thicknesses, it is indicated that the dual optical path transmission method can realize high-accuracy measurement, meeting the requirements of national standards.
