摘    要:激光光源器件是卫星光通信系统中重要的终端部件,它的工作性能直接影响着光通信系统最终的误码率。对常用的LED、LD、YAG、VCSEL光源器件的空间辐射特性进行了总结和比较,结果表明,VCSEL器件无论在阈值电流还是在输出功率方面均具有更优越的抗辐射性能,更适合作为卫星光通信系统中的光源器件。

Abstract:The laser source is the key terminal device in optical satellite communication system,as its performance directly determines the final bit error ration.The summary and comparison of the space radiation characteristics of common LED,LD,YAG and VCSEL equipments were developed.The results prove that the VCSEL component is of better anti-radiation performance no matter in the aspects of threshold current or output power,which is more suitable to be the laser source in optical satellite communication system.
