摘    要:高等学校优质教学资源的紧缺使组织跨院系的教学团队和建设跨院系的平台课成为必然.本文是系列文章的第一篇.从高等教育的发展,分析建设(跨)大类专业校级平台课的必要性与紧迫性,并通过分析"校级平台课"两种不同的建设模式和建设思路的优缺点,得出只有通过组织跨院系教师,来建设一批(跨)大类的"校级平台课",才有可能真正解决(至少是部分解决)当前高等教育发展与人才培养中的重点和难点问题的结论.

Abstract:The high quality teaching resource is deficient in colleges and universities, so it is necessary to build cross-college teaching teams and construct cross-discipline university-level platform courses. In this article , which is the first of a series of papers , starting from the development of the higher education, the ni~cessity and urgency of constructing the university-level platform courses are explained, and two different construction modes , the advantages and disadvantages of construction idea are analyzed . Constructive suggestions on constructing the cross-discipline university-level platform courses are put forward in this paper.
