Ba2Ti9O20/PTFE微波介电复合材料的制备及性能

摘    要:采用粉末冶金工艺制备了以微波介质陶瓷Ba2Ti9O20微粉增强PTFE的微波基片复合材料。研究了陶瓷微粉含量对其介电性能的以及介电性能的频率和温度特性,并用介质混合法则对其介电常数进行拟合分析。发现某些组分的Ba2Ti9O20/PTFE复合材料的介电常数和介电损耗具有良好的频率和温度稳定性,拟合结果与实验测试结果一致性较好。

Abstract:In present work,the PTFE based microwave composite reinforcd by fine microwave dielectric ceramic Ba 2Ti 9O 20 have been prepared by using the power metallurgy technology.The effect of ceramic fine power content on dielectric propert as well as the dependence of dieletric properties were investigated and dielectric constant were also predicted using dielectric mixing laws.The dielectric constant and dielectric loss of composite with some Ba 2Ti 9O 20 content showed excellent frequency and temperature stability.The predicted result using dielectric mixing laws was in good agreement with the experiment.
