摘    要:压电陶瓷驱动电源是压电陶瓷应用中的重要部件。采用分立元件组成高压放大电路,结合16位SPCE061A单片机,利用软件做数字式半闭环控制,研制开发了3自由度(3-DOF)并联机器人用压电陶瓷驱动器驱动电源,并介绍了驱动电源的组成及工作原理。通过软件算法实现了电源高精度可程控的设计目标,弥补了放大单元及压电陶瓷特性上的缺陷。

Abstract:The PZT power driver is an important part of the PZT's application,this paper develops a 3-DOF planar parallel Robot PZT power driver system.It is based on a high voltage AMP which made from independent elements and combined with the SPCE061A MCU.The system is digital half-closed-loop.The constitution and the principle are introduced.The power driver system has high precision and can be controlled by programs.It covers the characteristic shortage of the AMP and the PZT.
