| Abstract: | The article analyzes the development of energy saving technologies for network and base station in wireless communication. It describes the green product design and energy saving solutions at equipment and network level in LTE network, developed and employed by ZTE. It mainly describes how to reduce energy consumption and decrease operators＇ OPEX by use of base station energy-saving technologies such as the voltage power amplifier adjustment, OFDM symbol and intelligent cell shut-off and so on. |
