| 摘 要： | 移动互联网的兴起加速大数据时代到来,电信运营商面临重大机遇。文章在综述大数据时代电信运营商所面临主要机遇的基础上,深入剖析电信运营商在大数据应用方面的比较优势,概述电信运营商具备的独特数据资源和掌握的核心技术能力,提出以云计算为支撑、以智能普适服务为目标、面向电信运营商的大数据技术引入的战略路线图,并就电信运营商引入大数据技术的具体策略、构建大数据应用的最佳实践提出了一系列建设性意见。

| Abstract: | With the prevalence of mobile internet, Big Data gains popularity in ICT industry, which brings great opportunities for telecom operators. Based on a brief survey on the opportunities and comparative advantages for telecom operators to adopt Big Data technologies, this paper proposes a strategic design for such adoptions, whose key point is a novel scheme to build the intelligent ubiquitous services based on the underlying cloud computing infrastructures. Moreover, many constructive suggestions concerning the concrete policies are brought forward, which may guide to best practices on Big Data applications in telecom enterprises. |
