基于LabVIEW的连续油管随钻测量监控软件设计

摘    要:根据连续油管随钻测量的特点,采用LabVIEW平台开发了连续油管随钻测量监控软件。在该软件设计中,采用Power Designer设计并生成了随钻数据库,采用LabVIEW的XControl技术设计了随钻度盘,采用winsock控件实现了中断式以太网通信,采用LabSQL工具包实现了LabVIEW对数据库的操作。同时,本文采用Altera公司的DE2-115开发板作为测试用硬件平台,开发了和该监控软件通信的上位机程序。实际应用表明,该监控软件能够实时接收、显示和存储测试平台传来的随钻数据,具有操作简便、功能良好的特点,达到了设计要求。

Abstract:In consideration of the features of Measurement While Coiled Tube Drilling (MWCTD), a monitoring software for MWCTD based on LabVIEW platform is developed. During the design of this software, a database is designed and realized by using Power Designer, a MWCTD gauge is designed by using the XControl technology of LabVIEW, an interruption way of Ethernet communication is realized by using the winsock control and finally the database applications in LabVIEW are developed by using the LabSQL toolkit. Moreover, a DE2-115 development board of Altera is used as the testing board to develop the program which communicates with the monitoring software. The application result shows that this monitoring software can receive , display and store in real time the data which is sent from the testing board . Also, it is easy to manipulate and is well-behaved in function. All these properties prove that this software meets the requirement of the design.
