| 摘 要： | 概述了气象应急移动(车载)服务系统的地位和作用、系统分类、系统组成,以及系统建设的总体设想,较详细地描述了对系统载车工作平台、通信平台、气象综合观测系统和应急指挥(服务)信息支撑系统的功能要求,以及系统建设所涉及的急需解决的问题、发展思路和加强相关系统规范(标准)建设的建议。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the states, functions, classifications and configuration of the Meteorological Emergency Mobile (Vehicle-borne) Services System, and the overall idea of the construction of the system. It also detailed describes the functional requirements of vehicle-borne working platform, communication platform, synthetical meteorological observing system and emergency commands (service) information supporting system. As well as, the urgent problems involved with construction and the developing consideration are discussed. In addition, there are some suggestions to strength the related criterions (or standards). |
