| 摘 要： | 随着移动通信网络的发展，对于网络视频传输的要求越来越高。文中着重研究了RTP／RTCP（实时传输协议／实时传输控制协议），提出了一种基于网络实时传输的视频监控系统的设计方案。介绍了视频服务器模块的设计，阐述了利用TCP（传输控制协议）实现服务器与客户端的交互通信，以及利用RTP／RTCP实现基于H．264压缩格式视频流的传输。

| Abstract: | With the development of mobile communication network, the requirement to network video transmission is also becoming higher. After a serious study on real-time transport protocol（RTP/RTCP）, this paper presents a design concept of Video Monitoring System based on network real-time transport. In this paper, the design of the Video Server Module is described, the interaction between Server and Client based on TCP protocol introduced, and implementation of transport of video stream based on H. 264 compressed format via RTP/RTCP protocol explained. |
