摘    要:对准三能级系统进行了研究,分析了激光上、下能级不同的能级寿命以及上能级自发辐射对下能级粒子数所造成的影响,修正了Fan等提出的纵向泵浦准三能级系统的理论模型.进行了数值模拟,得出了系统参数对LD纵向泵浦的946nm NdYAG激光器性能的影响规律.认为在一定掺杂浓度和输出损耗情况下,存在最佳晶体长度使阈值最低,及最佳模式匹配使斜效率最高.理论得到了实验验证.

Abstract:The theoretical model of quasi-three-level system was modified through considering different lifetime of laser upper and lower level and spontaneous radiation from upper level to lower level. Numerical simulation was carried out and the law of 946 nm Nd:YAG laser performance varying with system parameters was obtained. At a certain doping concentration and output loss, there is an optimum crystal length and an optimum ratio of pump and laser beam radii. The experimental results accord with theory analysis.
