| Abstract: | This article discusses the present situation of broadcasting system as well as the developing status of hard-disk broadcasting system in middle and small TV station. It also analyzed the character of the existing broadcasting system and the problem. Besides, it introduces the merit and developing trend of the new generation broadcasting system-hard disk broadcasting system. Meanwhile, the author puts forward his conceive and notion on how to transit to digital broadcasting in the city-level TV station. |
