摘    要:文章在介绍WiMAX所采用的安全机制的基础上,对WiMAX安全机制进行了分析,发现它存在安全漏洞:WiMAX的PKM授权协议很容易遭受伪造攻击和重放攻击;PKM协议所使用的2比特会话密钥序号导致会话密钥和用户数据容易泄漏.针对这些漏洞,文章提出了用户站和基站双向认证、用户站验证一个随机产生的值以及增加会话密钥序号的取值空间等解决方案.

Abstract:Based on the introduction of security mechanism of the WiMAX system, this paper analyzes the mechanism and points out its security problems: the PKM authority protocol is vulnerable to forgery and replay attacks; and the 2-bit session-key sequence number may result in the possible leakage of the session key and the user's data. At the same time, solutions to these problems are offered in the paper. The mutual authentication between Subscriber Station (SS) and Base Station (BS) can be used to defend the WiMAX system against the forgery attack, while it can be protected against the replay attack by the use of a random challenge in BS's message, which is chosen by SS. And the last problem can be resolved by just extending the length of the session-key sequence number.
