| 摘 要： | 本文着重论述同心环形衍射光栅的莫尔条纹产生机理,用几何和付里叶分析方法讨论产生的条纹图形,求出相应于同心环形衍射光栅在各种条件下所描述的莫尔条纹的方程式,并对其进行了仔细的定量分析。

| Abstract: | In this paper we have expounded the mechanism of moire fringes on circular concentric diffraction gratings and discussed its moire fringes by using geometric method and Fourier anylysis method. In different cases, we have given eguations of moire fringes on circular concentric diffraction gratings, and discussed quantitative anylysis of the moire fringes in detail. |
