钛宝石泵浦Nd:NaY(WOR)2晶体激光性能研究

摘    要:介绍了新型激光晶体Nd:NaY(WO4)2(Nd:NYW)的生长,测量了Nd:NYW晶体的透过和发射光谱。以Ti宝石激光器作为泵浦源,对晶体的激光特性进行了研究。当耦合输出镜的透过率为3%时,548nW的泵浦功率下获得192mW的1060nm激光输出,斜功率达到37%,阈值为25mW.

Abstract:We have reported the crystal growth of a new laser crystal:Na:NaY(WO 4) 2 in this paper.And the transmission and emission spectra of this crystal with different Nd 3+ concentrations were measured.Using a Ti:Sapphire laser as the pumping source,the laser performance at 1 060 nm was carried out.The laser threshold was 25 mW and the maximum output power of 192 mW was obtained with an incident pump power of 548 mW when the T=3 % output coupler was used.This corresponded to an optical to optical effciency of 35 %.
