云母、石英晶体三元组合式消色差延迟器设计

摘    要:本文给出了一种利用云母、石英材料设计复合式消色差波片的方法。研制平行片状光相位延迟器最好的材料是云母和单晶石英,以此为基础设计成片状消色差延迟器。文中通过误差分析,工艺技术分析,对理论设计提出了改进意见,设计样品色散误差和延迟误差均可控制在5%以内。

Abstract:A method for dwesigning compound archromatic wave-plate made of mica and quartz is presented.The best material of developing Parallel piece light phase retarder,and the emphasis of this paper is to introduce the piece archromatic retard disigned on the base of that.Through the analysis of error and process,we gave some improving advice about the theoretical design which can control the dispersion errors or retard errors under 5 percent.
