激光飞行打标校正技术研究

摘    要:研究了一种新型的用于连续生产线的激光动态打标系统,重点解释了飞行打标字体变形的产生原因,提出了通过编码器对飞行打标进行实时修正的方法。通过自编软件的控制,实现了长串字符的飞行打标,达到了高精度的修正。对飞行打标中需要注意的问题,提出了改进方案。

Abstract:A dynamic high speed laser marking system that is equipped on product lines is presented. The cause of error for marking on the fly is specifically explained in this paper. A correction method for marking on the fly is developed, in which an encoder is used for synchronization. Experiments prove that this laser marking system can effectively mark long strings under the control of the developed software. The demand of marking precision is achieved. As for the problems of marking on the fly,the available improving method is raised.
