摘    要:针对目前烟草行业中人工抽样烘箱检测烟包含水率实时性低、国外测试仪造价高等原因,设计了一种基于微波透射技术的烟包含水率在线测试仪。该仪器利用水在微波下的极化现象且水的介电常数高于其他物质的性质构建数学模型,以STM32为控制单元,经信号调理后进行采集并上传相应数据到Qt上位机,上位机利用算法公式计算并显示。测试结果表明,该测水仪在误差范围内可测量0~30%物质含水率,最高测量精度达到0.18%,单次测量转换时间小于100 ms,在实现仪器主要功能前提下满足对性能的要求。

Abstract:In view of the low real-time performance of manual sampling oven in detecting moisture content of cigarette packets and the high cost of foreign testers in the tobacco industry,a moisture content in circuit testor of cigarette packets based on microwave transmission technology was designed. The instrument uses the polarization phenomenon of water under microwave and the dielectric constant of water is higher than that of other substances to build a mathematical model. STM32 is used as the control unit. After signal conditioning,the instrument collects and uploads the corresponding data to Qt host computer,which calculates and displays the data using the algorithm formula. The test results show that the water meter instrument can measure the moisture content of 0~30% substance within the error range,with the highest measurement accuracy reaching 0.18%,and the single measurement conversion time less than 100 ms,which meets the performance requirements on the premise of realizing the main functions of the instrument.
