摘    要:对基于PIC16F877单片机为主控芯片的电动自行车控制器进行了研究,以额定电压为48 V额定功率为350W的直流无刷电机为控制对象,通过对电动自行车的各种信号检测、处理,实现了具有能量回馈、电子柔性刹车、巡航、欠压保护、限速、过流保护、PID调速、防飞车、软启动等功能.给出了主要功能模块的电路图,介绍了重要程序模块.以软件实现为主,最大程度上降低成本,实验证明了该控制器的性能较高.

Abstract:Based on PIC16F877 microcontroller as the main control chip electric bicycle controller was studied, with rated voltage of 48V DC power rating of 350W brushless motor for the control of the object, through all kinds of electric bicycle signal detection, processing, and with energy feedback, electronic Flexible brake, cruise, under-voltage protection, speed limits, over-current protection, PID speed control, anti-speed driving, soft-start functions. Gives the main modules of the circuit, introducing an important program modules. To software-based, maximum extent reduce costs and Experimental results show the high performance of the controller.
