摘    要:为适应船体外板大拼接焊缝大范围高效环保喷砂除锈,开发大腔室多枪旋转高效无尘喷砂器,并对其气固两相流特性进行研究。将整个喷砂过程置于一个直径100.0 mm以上的密闭腔室,采用单/双喷砂枪通过电机高速旋转喷枪对工件表面进行喷砂,并基于真空负压对反弹的磨料和冲蚀掉的铁锈、油污、粉尘等进行回收、分离和循环再利用。采用基于欧拉-拉格朗日法的离散相颗粒模型对不同工况条件下的气固两相流场进行数值模拟,分别对弯管接头的磨损、工件表面的冲蚀效果、磨料的淤积和回收效果进行评估。仿真和实船除锈应用表明:当喷砂距离在100.0 mm以上,磨料粒径在0.6~1.2 mm,采用0.50 MPa以上的气压、-0.05 MPa以上的负压,除锈宽度在100.0 mm以上的大拼接焊缝内均可得到较好的除锈效果,且除锈质量满足涂装Sa 2.5级要求。

Abstract:In order to suit the large-scale efficient and environment-friendly sand blasting and rust removing for large splicing weld of hull plate,an efficient dust-free rotary sand blasting device with a large chamber and multi guns is developed.The gas-solid two-phase flow characteristics are also studied.The whole sand blasting process is placed in a closed chamber with a diameter of more than 100.0 mm.The single/double sand blasting guns are used for sand blasting on the workpiece surface through rotating the sand blasting guns at high speed with the motor.Based on the vacuum negative pressure,the rebound abrasive and eroded rust,greasy dirt,dust,etc.are recovered,separated,and recycled.A discrete phase particle model based on Euler-Lagrange method is used to numerically simulate the gas-solid two-phase flow field under different working conditions.The wear of corner joint,erosion effect of workpiece surface,abrasive deposition,and recovery effect are evaluated respectively.The simulation and real ship rust removing application show that:when the sand blasting distance is more than 100.0 mm,the abrasive particle size is 0.6~1.2 mm,the air pressure is more than 0.50 MPa,and the negative pressure is more than-0.05 MPa,large splicing welds with more than 100.0 mm rust removing width can obtain the better rust removing effect,and the rust removing quality can meet the painting requirements of Level Sa 2.5.
