| 摘 要： | 文章对半潜式海洋钻井平台生产设计任务分解开展研究,将生产设计任务按阶段、区域、专业、作业类型、作业性质进行分类,基于WBS分解原理(Work Breakdown Structure),将半潜式海洋钻井平台生产设计任务逐层分解成较小的可控任务,以便落实到具体设计人员,从而有效控制生产设计进度。

| Abstract: | This paper focuses on the task decomposition of the production design of the semi-submersible offshore drilling platform.The production design task is classified according to the stage,region,specialty,operation type and work nature.Based on the WBS principle,the task of the production design of the semi-submersible offshore drilling platform is decomposed into the smaller controllable tasks that can be implemented by the specific designers,in order to effectively control the process of the production design. |
