| 摘 要： | 分析了P3软件的特点及其应用现状,以水运工程建设中典型的重力式码头施工项目为例,提出了工程建设管理人员利用P3软件以进度计划为核心,进行工程计划管理、资源管理和费用管理的应用过程,建立了在水运工程建设管理中P3软件＂两个阶段,八个步骤＂的应用模式,对工程建设管理人员更好地运用P3软件进行项目管理工作具有指导作用。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the characteristics of software P3 and its application status.Taking a typical gravity wharf project as an example,we introduce the whole progress about project management of plan,resource and cost using software P3,and establish the＂two-stage,eight steps＂application model of software P3,which may serve as a guidance to the project management by software P3. |
