海洋平台基座吊机3D区域限制防碰撞系统设计与应用

摘    要:为进一步保障海洋平台基座吊机的作业安全,文章通过3D区域限制防碰撞技术实现了吊机防碰撞系统的方案设计,并成功应用于渤海油田。经现场应用验证,该系统能够有效提高海洋平台基座吊机的操作安全性,降低因操作人员误判操作带来的风险。

Abstract:In order to further ensure the operation safety of offshore platform pedestal cranes,this paper presents a design scheme of the collision avoidance system of cranes based on 3D region limit technology.Being successfully applied in Bohai Oilfield,the system is proved by field application to effectively improve the operation safety of offshore platform pedestal cranes and reduce the risks caused by misjudgments of operators.
