摘    要:段塞流是混输管线流动保障中遇到的最严重问题之一。随着水深加大,其严重性也随之增加,影响到下游工艺设备的正常操作,甚至引起生产关断,因而在制定油气田前期开发方案时须要统筹考虑。分析了段塞流的产生机理,并分项阐明生产段塞、地形段塞和清管段塞等管线的段塞流情况,以及为降低段塞流对生产设备的影响而采取的措施。根据南海某项目具体情况,利用OLGA软件进行分析,对各种工况下的段塞流提出了解决方案。

Abstract:Slug flow is a severe problem for multiphase subsea pipeline flow assurance,and becomes more import with the increase of water depth.It can result in unsmooth operation of process equipment,and serious shut-down of process flow.Therefore,it is import to ensure solving methods of slug flow at feed design stage.In the article,forming theory of slug flow is expatiated,and production slug flow,terrain slug flow and pigging slug flow are explained respectively.Simultaneously,defend measures are introduced in order to keep reliable operation.For a NanHai deepwater project,resolving concept is discussed with software OLGA.
