摘    要:将有限元方法与分析设计相结合,利用有限元分析软件Ansys对一种矩形加筋平盖封头进行强度评定。本文首先介绍瓶盖封头结构的改进。然后建立有限元模型,并进行应力求解。结果表明,此加筋平盖封头满足强度要求,与普通平盖封头相比,减小了平盖的厚度,降低了结构总重量,对平盖封头的结构改进设计具有一定指导作用。

Abstract:Based on the finite element method and design analysis,the strength of a rectangular rib-reinforced flat head is assessed using Ansys software.Firstly,the improved structure of the flat head is introduced.Then,the finite element model is built and the stress intensity is calculated.The analysis of the results show that this reinforced flat cap head meets the strength requirements and that compared with ordinary flat cap heads,the thickness of the flat cap is reduced and the total structure weight is reduced.It has guiding significance for the structural improvement design of flat heads of the same kind.
