| 摘 要： | 中空装配式凸轮轴的技术关键为凸轮和轴体之间的连接。介绍了中空装配式凸轮轴的原理及其技术优势,归纳总结了中空装配式凸轮轴的关键连接技术及其制造方法,分析了轴管扩径、焊接、烧结扩散、过盈装配和机械滚花等主要连接工艺的优缺点,阐述了中空装配式凸轮轴制造技术在国内外的应用现状和发展前景。

| Abstract: | The key technology of hollow assembled camshaft is joint between the shaft and the cam lobes.In the paper,the principle and advantage of hollow assembled camshaft are introduced.The key joint techniques and manufacturing methods are summarized at the same time,the strongpoints and shortcomings of joint techniques such as expanding the tube,welding,sinter bonding,interference fitting and knurling joint methods are also analyzed.Forthermore,the current state of techniques applications and researches are explained at home and abroad. |
