FRP板加固钢梁的设计方法研究

摘    要:给出了包括概念设计和计算在内的FRP加固钢梁的设计方法。概念设计给出了评价是否采用FRP进行加固的因素,分析了钢结构加固的要点,并提出采用预应力转移恒载的加固方式。FRP加固钢梁设计的主要步骤是:确定材料属性、评估原有构件的性能、确定所需的FRP截面积、计算界面应力、考虑疲劳荷载下的性能及细节设计。在考虑疲劳荷载作用时,粘接层的最大界面应力不能超过静载强度的30%。

Abstract:In this paper,a design method for steel beam strengthened with FRP plate is presented,in which the relevant conceptual design and calculations are included.In the conceptual design,several factors about assessing if the FRP plate should be used in strengthening are given,the key points of strengthening of steel beam structure are analyzed and the way of strengthening by transferring dead load by prestressing is proposed.The principal steps for design of the steel beam strengthened with the FRP plate are to determine the material properties,assess performance of the original components,define the required sectional area of the FRP plate,calculate the interfacial stress and consider the performance and detailed design with respect to fatigue load.At the time the fatigue load is considered,the maximum interfacial stress between the binding layers should not be greater that 30% of static load strength.
