格宾网加筋煤矸石的直剪试验研究

摘    要:以格宾网为筋材,以不同压实度的煤矸石为填料,进行了加筋煤矸石的直剪试验,获得了不同压实度煤矸石与格宾网间的直剪摩擦系数。试验结果表明:煤矸石与格宾网的直剪剪应力和位移的关系为非线性,剪应力峰值随法向应力的增加而增大,直剪试验曲线呈稳态型。格宾网与煤矸石的直剪界面强度随煤矸石压实度的增加而增大,符合莫尔库仑强度型;格宾网与煤矸石间有较好的拉拔摩擦特性,直剪摩擦系数大于1;加筋格宾网后,煤矸石的直剪强度得到了提高,主要是通过提高内摩擦角来实现的。

Abstract:The interface strength and friction coefficient between gabion mesh and coal gangue has been gotten. The results show that: It is nonlinear that the relationship of shear stress and displacement gotten by Coal gangue and gabion mesh direct shear tests; with the normal stress increased, shear stress peak value increases; the direct shear test curve is stable. With the compaction degree increased, the in- terface strength increases, and they conforms to the Mohr Coulomb strength type, the tested gabion mesh and coal gangue has good drawing friction characteristics, the direct shear friction coefficient is 0.86- 1.50, while the pullout friction coefficient is between 0.43 - 1.16.
