江市特大桥箱梁混凝土水化热温度实测与分析

摘    要:混凝土水化热是引起箱梁产生早期裂缝的主要因素之一。本文对江市特大桥19#墩右幅0#块箱梁混凝土水化热温度场进行了现场实测,并用Midas/Civil软件建立有限元模型进行了仿真分析,计算值和实测值吻合良好。基于实测和分析结果对内外温差控制、混凝土配合比设计及早期开裂控制提出若干建议,对箱梁开裂控制工作具有指导性意义。

Abstract:Hydration heat of concrete is one of the main factors generating the early cracks of box girder. In this paper, field test on temperature distribution of the box girder of Jiangshi bridge was con- ducted and the finite element model was established for the simulation analysis. The calculated and the measured values coincide well. Based on the results, some suggestions were made for inside and outside temperature difference control, the mix design of concrete, and early cracking control.
