中职班主任德育工作的思路探析

随着教育部门对中职思政教育改革要求的提出,中职教育又在教育体制中有着特殊的地位与角色,班主任的德育工作在中职阶段的教育过程中发挥着极其重要的作用。所以中职班主任在平常的班级管理中不仅要重视学生的学习情况,还要将德育教育贯彻于学生在中职院校的整个学习过程中,把每个学生培养成品德良好、成绩优秀的学生,将学生的品德放在教育的第一位,为社会主义现代化建设输送品质与专业能力兼具的人才。本文将结合中职班主任角度的德育工作,为中职班主任德育工作提出新思路,总结新方法。

On the Reflection of Moral Education of Head Teachers in Secondary Vocational Schools

With the requirements of the educational department for the reform of Ideological and political education in secondary vocational schools,secondary vocational education has a special position and role in the educational system.The moral education of head teachers plays an extremely important role in the educational process of secondary vocational schools.Therefore,in the ordinary class management,class teachers in secondary vocational schools should not only pay attention to students’ learning,but also implement moral education in the whole learning process of students in secondary vocational colleges,train each student with good morality and excellent performance,put students’ morality first in education,and transport talents with both quality and professional ability for the socialist modernization.This paper will combine the moral education work from the perspective of secondary vocational head teachers,put forward new ideas and summarize new methods for secondary vocational head teachers’ moral education work.
