硅烷浸渍混凝土性能研究和在加蓬PO项目中的应用

摘    要:依托非洲加蓬PO项目,采用毛细吸水、碳化和RCM抗氯离子渗透等试验方法,研究硅烷浸渍混凝土性能,并根据试验结果开展了硅烷浸渍施工。结果表明:采用硅烷浸渍处理后混凝土的毛细吸水系数、碳化深度和RCM抗氯离子渗透系数均大幅度降低,并且随着硅烷涂刷层数的增加,逐渐降低;硅烷浸渍层数为2层时,其毛细吸水系数、碳化深度和RCM抗氯离子渗透系数下降较为明显,硅烷浸渍层数增至3层时,其下降幅度较小,从施工便捷和成本角度考虑,建议硅烷浸渍层数为2层;项目硅烷浸渍施工效果较好,显著提高了混凝土耐久性。

Study on the Performance of Silane Impregnation Concrete and Its Application in Gabonese PO Project
Abstract:Based on the PO project in Gabon, Africa, the performance of silane impregnation concrete were studied by means of capillary water absorption, carbonization and RCM chloride ion penetration resistance test methods. The construction of silane impregnation was carried out according to the test results. The results show that the capillary water absorption coefficient, carbonization depth and RCM chloride ion resistance permeability coefficient of concrete after silane impregnation treatment are greatly reduced and gradually reduced with the increase of the silane coatings. The capillary water absorption coefficient, carbonization depth and RCM chloride ion resistance permeability coefficient decrease obviously when the number of silane impregnating layers was 2 layers, and the decrease was smaller when the number of silane impregnating layers increases to 3 layers. Considering the construction convenience and cost, it is suggested that the number of silane impregnating layers should be 2 layers so as to achieve good effect of silane impregnation construction and improve the durability of concrete significantly.
