摘    要:通过分析致密干燥细砂、人工素填土、动水条件下全风化花岗岩等不同地层的物理力学特性及工程加固目的,提出注浆加固方案和施工技术并组织实施,达到了预期效果。总结得到:致密细砂地层通过新型钢花管注浆工艺结合水玻璃氯化钙复合注浆液,可得到较好的扩散半径和加固强度;人工素填土地层建筑物的不均匀沉降,可通过周边花管帷幕注浆结合基底开孔式布袋注浆桩,达到可靠的加固效果;动水条件下,全风化花岗岩地层采用袖阀管单管交替注入水泥水玻璃双液浆,可达到理想的加固效果。

Study on Grouting Reinforcement Scheme and Construction Technology in Different Stratums
Abstract:By analyzing the physical and mechanical properties and the purpose of engineering reinforcement of different stratums, such as dense and dry fine sand, artificial plain filling and completely weathered granite under the condition of dynamic water, the grouting reinforcement scheme and construction technology has been formulated and implemented and the expected effect has been achieved. It is concluded that the better diffusion radius and reinforcement strength can be obtained by the new type of steel flower tube grouting process combining with sodium silicate-calcium chloride compound grouting fluid in the dense fine sand stratum. The ununiform settlement of the buildings in artificial plain filling stratum can achieve reliable reinforcement effect through the curtain grouting of the surrounding flower tube combining with the base hole-type cloth bag grouting pile. Under the condition of dynamic water, the ideal reinforcement effect can be achieved by using sleeve valve tube and single tube alternately injection of cement-sodium silicate double liquid slurry in completely weathered granite stratum.
