巨跨地下洞库顶推滑行式盘扣支架重型衬砌台车施工技术

摘    要:为解决传统衬砌台车在巨跨扁平地下洞库衬砌施工中面临的结构复杂、跨度巨大、体型超大、组装困难、成本巨高等问题,攻克被覆结构工程施工体积大、面积大、自重大、钢筋密集等技术难题,结合某在建地下洞库被覆结构跨度大、矢跨比极小等特点及被覆结构施工需求,融合盘扣式支架体系与全液压衬砌台车的技术优点,采用整体式顶推滑行的设计思路,研制出一套可快速组装的顶推滑行式巨跨地下洞库被覆混凝土施工装备。该装备涵盖顶托调节式模板、盘扣支架式门架、顶推滑行式底盘、旋转对接式布料、插入式振捣等系统结构设计技术,辅以液压、电气控制技术,集成台车自主行走技术,混凝土浇筑、振捣、养护、监测等施工技术,并在某巨跨地下洞库得以应用,取得了良好的施工效果。应用结果表明: 顶推滑行式盘扣支架重型衬砌台车结构简单、强度高、承载能力强、组装容易,可以有效降低工人劳动强度,节约成本,提高施工效率与质量。

Abstract:The typical lining trolley has disadvantages such as complex structure, enormous span, extremely large size, challenging assembly, and high cost when applied in the lining construction of giant span flat underground caverns. The lining construction of the giant span flat underground cavern is distinguished by its vast volume, large area, large self weight, and thick reinforcement. A new heavy duty lining trolley with a pushing sliding buckle support system comprising the technical advantages of the buckle support system and fully hydraulic lining trolley is designed and developed for an underground cavern with a span of approximately 70 m and a rise to span ratio of approximately 0.21. The trolley is composed of jacking adjustable formwork, buckle support gantry, pushing sliding chassis, rotary butt joint distribution, and plug in vibration technology. These components are supported by hydraulic and electrical control technologies, integrated with numerous other technologies such as trolley self propelled technology, concrete pouring, vibration, maintenance, and monitoring. The successful application of the trolley in an enormous underground cavern reveals that the heavy duty lining trolley with pushing sliding buckle support has the advantages of simple structure, high strength, strong bearing capacity, and ease of assembly, which can effectively reduce labor intensity and cost, and improve construction efficiency and quality.
